Hana-akari : [Hana] means flower,and [Akari] means light in Japanese.

You can see the light of flower ,white flowers bloom like cherry blossoms in dark side,

I've draw doubled  cherry blossom[Yae-zakura].
The name of Fugen-Zou. Fugen means Fugen-Bosatsu,Samanta bhadra.
The Bosatsu who governs the Bodei-shin(the mind that aspires towerd enlight enement.) and
helps spread the teaching of Buddha.
In the Hoke-Kyo(the Lotus Sutra)it is said that this Bosatsu appears on the back of white elephant with six tusks.

八重桜の「普賢象（ふげんぞう）」を描いた作品、「華明」（はなあかり）、
3月25日～4月6日まで東京の日本橋三越本店本館、新館７Fギャラリーにて展示の運びとなりました。期間中、ついでがありましたらお立ち寄りいただけますよう、どうぞ宜しくお願い致します。

「花明り」は、夜や夕方、暗いところで、桜のように白い花が咲いている時、そのあたりだけ
ほのかに明るい雰囲気であることをあらわした言葉です。
八重桜の名前「普賢象」は普賢菩薩が載っている、白い象の牙に由来します。
花の雌蕊が2本、その象の牙のように見えることからです。
2013年に福島県の会津地方、京都を舞台にし、放映された「八重の桜」・・・震災の記憶を「忘れないでください」との思いから、八重桜をあえて描きました。

Flower temple in Kamakura /Toukeiji

I've been to Kamakura for skeching sometime.　Toukeiーji東慶寺 is famous as beauty flower temple.There is plum blossom is very beautiful now.

In Shop Matugaoka,

you can buy many kind of incenses,writing brushes Japanese paper for writing Buddhist texts,

latter papers,and so on.

It's not only African Deisey 「花は咲く」

African daisy is known as symbol flower ,the song [Hana wa saku] which is [The flower will be bloom].
But many kind of flowers are  made in Touhoku district. In Fukushima prefecture, Larkspur,Praire gentain,Baby's breath and so on flowers are planted.And　  Iwate pref  is famous place as Gentiana  has been  planted. I find flower arrangement　of Touhoku, 「東北の花ブーケ」it was produced by Hibiya Kadan.
Hibiya Kadan  selected African daisy,Gentiana,Praire gentain and Ruscus.
 絆歌「花は咲く」ではガーベラがシンボルのお花のようになっていますが、東北地方は沢山の種類の花々が栽培されています。
福島県では、デルフィニウム、トルコキキョウ、宿根カスミソウなどが育てられています。岩手県はリンドウ栽培が盛んな地域です。
日比谷花壇さんが2011年に企画した東北の花ブーケをみつけました。
ガーベラ、トルコキキョウ、リンドウ、ルスカスを選んでつくられたようです。
他にも、百合、菊、バラ、カーネーション、アルストロメリアなど・・・
ガーベラ以外にも沢山あります。「東北の花」。
